Why does the Arkfeld Pro not switch on even after a full charge and only show 1 bar? It seems the Arkfeld Pro is in lockout mode. Please press and hold the center button for about 1 second until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or green beam, and the flashlight will be unlocked.

Is the green beam on the Arkfeld Pro brighter than the regular Arkfeld? Yes, the Arkfeld Pro has a much brighter green beam, with a ≤5mW output, compared to the ≤0.39mW green beam of the regular Arkfeld.

Can I turn on the white light and green beam on the Arkfeld Pro at the same time? Yes. You can also adjust the white light brightness level when the white and green beams are used together. Just press and hold the central button to cycle through Low, Med, and High modes (Moon mode is excluded from this setting).
